Fulton County commissioners on Jan. 15 adopted Resolution 2026-038 to allow the board to sign a Purchase Order computer edit list prepared by the Fulton County Auditor in place of journalizing each purchase order, and to approve submitted travel requests. Commissioner Joe Short moved the resolution and Commissioner Jeff Rupp seconded; the motion passed 2-0 with Commissioner Jon Rupp absent.
The resolution instructs that the edit list be kept on file in the Commissioners' office and confirms approval of travel requests as submitted. The transcript contains the resolution language but does not list individual purchase orders or travel destinations.
