Commissioners discuss budget after $13 million taxable-value increase; approve SB22 grant amendment

Separately, the court approved budget amendments that move $39,288.76 from Capital Outlay to SB Grant Expenditures in County Attorney Kyles Miller's budget so the entire SB22 grant amount is reflected in that budget line. Commissioner Dawn Webb moved to approve the amendments and Commissioner Dale Schafer seconded; the motion carried unopposed. The court also approved the April 30, 2025 budget and financial report and several invoices and bills during the session.
