Commissioner Rick Woodall said the Annex Committee met with developer Garmon and a design firm; department-head meetings are scheduled Nov. 21'22 to validate office plans, with construction hoped to start summer 2025. Berry said one of two appraisals for the old Feld's building being considered for the Health Department has returned and the board has received roof and dome proposals for the courthouse.
Berry reported that Jeff Mace told the auditor the Big Walnut Water project came in under the proposed amount and that the county will return the difference, estimated at $4,000'$5,000. The board voted unanimously to hire Huber and Sons to perform basement pipe work with payment from the Cumulative Courthouse fund (motion by Berry, second Woodall). The minutes also show routine approvals including the Oct. 21 minutes and an equipment exchange for the prosecutor's office.
