Highway supervisor reports paving complete, Rolling Stone Bridge work finished, winter supplies adequate

Clint Maddox, Putnam County Highway Supervisor, presented the highway report to the commissioners. He said all planned paving projects for the year are complete and noted that Dulton Vegetation is working on grass control.
Maddox praised ECS for its work on Rolling Stone Bridge and said graders and patch crews had been active all summer. When asked about winter readiness, he said the county was doing well but would probably order additional sand.
