Peck cited a USI Consultants contract amount of $612,300 and said the project’s letting date is Nov. 15, 2028; he also summarized crash data from 2018–23 (20 crashes, eight injuries, ten roadway departures). Commissioners approved three bridge repair bids — Houck ($73,830), Edna Collins ($50,692) and Rolling Stone ($65,496) — and approved the USI agreement for Manhattan Road, all by unanimous vote.
