Hospital expenses recorded in the minutes include a $50,000 allocation to the Pharmacy Program, $5,000 for telephone services, $7,000 for software (MainUSoftware), $4,000 for licenses/fees and $5,003 for fraudulent check expense. The minutes show line-item transfers across General Fund departments and specific adjustments for jail expenses, indigent health care, community centers and park maintenance; totals and account codes were itemized in the record.
The minutes also note an increase to the Jury Fund expense of $5,000.00 and an increase to General Fund expense of $5,002.80 as part of the net adjustments.
