Commissioners reallocate $1.95 million for Rattlesnake Water System; adopt other appropriations

The board voted to move $950,000 from Other Expense to Contract Services and to transfer $1,000,000 from Contract Projects into Contract Services for the Rattlesnake Water System Improvement (fund code 1466). The motions were recorded by roll call and carried unanimously. Separately, the board approved additional appropriations: $163,748 for Building Grounds Capital Improvement and $26,262.14 for Victim Witness/VOCA salary/personnel.
The board also adopted monthly transfer resolutions for social services funding: $33,133.75 per month (totaling $397,605) to Children Services and $10,000 per month (totaling $120,000) to the Child Support Enforcement Agency for calendar year 2026. These transfers were moved and seconded and passed by roll call.
