Commissioners authorize $8,863 Cohesity purchase for county IT

The Board of Ottawa County Commissioners approved an agreement with Total Communications for the Cohesity product and Year 3 annual billing totaling $8,863.20. The motion to authorize the board president to sign the agreement was moved by Commissioner Donald A. Douglas and seconded by Commissioner Mark E. Coppeler; Commissioners Mark W. Stahl, Donald A. Douglas and Mark E. Coppeler voted yes.
County staff recorded that the action followed the recommendation of the IT Director and had been approved by the Prosecuting Attorney. The agreement and payment amount were presented as part of consent business and will be executed by the president of the Board per the authorization granted at the meeting.
