Ottawa County commissioners approve minutes, vouchers and routine transfers

The Board of Ottawa County Commissioners unanimously approved routine business on Jan. 13, 2026, including the minutes of the Jan. 8 meeting and requests for travel expense reimbursements. Commissioner Donald A. Douglas moved the measures and Commissioner Mark E. Coppeler seconded; Commissioners Mark W. Stahl, Donald A. Douglas and Mark E. Coppeler voted yes.
The board approved the Ottawa County Voucher Report dated Jan. 8, 9 and 12, 2026, totaling $775,472.62, and authorized the County Auditor to issue warrants on the County Treasury. Then-and-Now vouchers listed with the report were also approved and the reports are available for review in the Commissioners’ office under the Records Retention Schedule.
County Administrator-recommended transfers and appropriations for Senior Resources were authorized by the Board, and the Board accepted the December 2025 Monthly Financial Reports submitted by the County Administrator. These finance-related actions were approved by voice/roll-call votes and recorded in the meeting minutes.
