After closing the public‑input portion of the Prop 218 hearings, the city’s ballot tabulation showed weighted approval for two proposed assessments: the Ponderosa Del Prado Landscape Maintenance District and the Bondi Ranch Landscape Maintenance District. City consultants explained that ballots are weighted by the proposed assessment amounts and that the tabulation was conducted in public view.
Staff announced the tabulation results and the council subsequently moved to accept the ballot outcomes, approve the engineer’s reports, confirm diagrams and assessments, and order that the levies be placed on the FY 2026–27 tax roll. The City added a recital to the resolutions noting that the meeting was continued from July 21 and that affected property owners were notified of the continuance.
