Commissioner Boyd Davis moved to adopt Resolution 2026-05, 'A Resolution Authorizing a Tax Sale in Wabaunsee County.' Commissioner Jim W. MacGregor seconded the motion and it carried 2-0, formally adopting the resolution. Davis then moved to approve the minutes of the Jan. 5 commission meeting; MacGregor seconded and that motion also carried 2-0.
The commission reviewed and signed payroll for Jan. 9 and a wage change form. Chairman MacGregor reviewed and signed daily statements for Jan. 2, 5, 6, 7 and 8, 2026. At 9:47 a.m. Commissioner Davis moved to adjourn until Monday, Jan. 26, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.; Commissioner MacGregor seconded and the motion carried 2-0.
