Commissioner Frazier moved to enter a 15‑minute executive session with Assistant County Counselor Ethan Manke present; Commissioner Garner seconded and the session was set to return at 9:18 a.m. Later the Board moved into a second five‑minute attorney‑client session, also with Manke present, scheduled to return at 9:23 a.m. The minutes state no action resulted from either executive session. The meeting record shows the Board adjourned at 9:38 a.m.
