On Jan. 6 the board approved a batch of resolutions (26-0043 through 26-0058) authorizing agreements with multiple substitute care providers to serve individuals referred by the Montgomery County Department of Job and Family Services (MCDJFS) through Dec. 31, 2027. Providers named on the agenda include Adriel School, A Loving Heart Youth Services, Angels Guarding Youth Services, Buckeye Ranch, Caring for Kids, Haven’s Nest, Lighthouse Youth Services, Marie's House of Hope, the Bair Foundation and others.
These agreements were placed on the consent docket and carried as presented; the meeting record lists provider names and the general purpose (substitute care services) but does not state individual contract amounts or service capacity in the agenda lines. County staff will finalize agreements according to department procurement procedures and program eligibility rules.
