County awards marketing and non-emergent transport contracts, rejects payroll services bids
Summary
Commissioners awarded a $61,600 marketing services contract to Creative Media Solutions and a $400,000 non-emergent transport contract to K&P Medical Transport for JFS, and rejected all bids for work experience payroll services after bids exceeded cost estimates by more than 50%.
During its Jan. 20 session, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved several procurement decisions for services supporting the Department of Job and Family Services.
Resolution 2026-052 accepted the JFS director’s recommendation and awarded the marketing services contract to Creative Media Solutions for $61,600; the resolution states a contract shall be issued. Resolution 2026-053 awarded the non-emergent transport contract to K&P Medical Transport for $400,000. Both awards were approved by the board in open session.
Separately, Resolution 2026-054 rejected all bids for Work Experience Payroll Services for JFS after finding the bids submitted were more than 50% over the cost estimate provided. The board adopted the rejection to allow staff to reassess procurement strategy.
