Gillian Beaumont, EMS Director, informed the commission that the department passed its annual State inspection and that one employee has resigned. Beaumont did not request board action at the meeting but noted staffing changes.
Emergency Manager Erica Cordell reported all county sirens passed the county siren test and said she submitted the After-Action Review and Improvement Plan to the State to secure EMPG credit. Cordell also attended a KEMA meeting in Wilson County and thanked staff who participated in the regional tabletop exercise.
