Following an executive session on personnel, the Commission approved two hires effective Dec. 2, 2024. Motion by Dean Koch, second Steve Gordon, to hire Theresa Lauck as a temporary part-time employee in the Treasurer’s Office at $17.33 per hour was approved. A separate motion by Steve Gordon, second Dean Koch, hired Jodi Spencer as Director of Equalization/Planning & Zoning Administrator at an annual salary of $58,686.
Michelle Stubkjaer, an HR consultant, joined part of the executive session as recorded. The minutes list effective hire dates and compensation but do not include additional contract terms or probationary conditions.
