At a public hearing convened by the Board of Adjustment, Cori Kaufmann, the county Zoning Administrator, reported there had been no inquiries or concerns about a variance requested by the Salem Lutheran Cemetery Association. Applicant Ron Sandine said the trees would be planted inside the existing fence and along the original tree line. Commissioner Dean Koch moved to approve the variance; the motion carried.
