Planning support staff member Luke Muller presented the application, described the lot location and cited the comprehensive land use plan; Michael Flora spoke in support of the request.
The board read findings of fact, restated the motion and approved the 3-foot front-yard variance for an addition to be built 97 feet from the right-of-way. The vote was unanimous.
