Commissioner Wallace Knock moved the road and maintenance conditions and Commissioner Chris Sass seconded motions tied to the plat and rezoning. The board also recorded that the property owner would be financially responsible for ensuring that pavement on 185th Street from Highway 25 to the west end of the addition be maintained in a condition similar to 185th Street east of Highway 25. With those conditions, the board recommended rezoning and conducted the first reading of Ordinance 1-24; the second reading and final vote are scheduled at the next meeting.
