Blair Arne told the Clark County Board of Commissioners he acquired a hangar at the Clark County Airport from Coleman Wagner and plans to repair it to mirror the current hangars. "She suggested an obstruction light be placed on top of the structure," the minutes say referring to Brooke Edgar, who joined by Zoom to discuss future airport projects.
The board approved the assignment of the current airport lease on a motion by Schlagel, second by Knock; all voting aye. Commissioners recorded that the hangar could be used to shelter other pilots overnight and that future airport projects might affect its current location.
The action transfers the existing lease assignment with the expectation the buyer will bring the structure in line with site standards and consider an obstruction light per airport staff recommendation. No vote count beyond 'all voting aye' was recorded in the minutes.
