Banner Lake Director Kurt Zibell presented three bids for a 2026 CF Moto U10 Pro UTV and the Board approved Reno’s Power Sports' low bid of $24,752.00; Kurt said he plans to sell the existing Kawasaki Mule and pay for the new UTV from capital outlay funds.
Kurt also reported that the HVAC rebate for the new event center is close to arriving, that sound-cancelling panels have been received and that he is assessing whether to hire a local contractor to install them or buy scaffolding. He said north-side garage doors are letting in cold air and that roof work remains to be scheduled.
