Planning staff flags Edgewater Hotel, more school projects and rezonings for coming meetings

Megan also noted the commission will continue work on a residential planned-development zoning project and related rezonings; she said staff is coordinating a district boundary review with the school district for October and that discussions about a data center topic will likely return in the fall.
