Following explanation and discussion, the commission set the first reading and time for public input on October 22, 2024 at 10:50 a.m.
At a related Board of Adjustment public hearing, owners Patrick and Kelly Bartmann requested transfer of building eligibility (legal description provided). Kaufmann reported there had been "no inquiries/concerns presented to her," and the Board approved the transfer of building eligibility.
