Board of Adjustment approves conditional use, variance and three building permits
Summary
At a 10:30 a.m. Board of Adjustment hearing, staff corrected a legal description and the commission approved a conditional use for Wayne and Bonnie Schmidt, a variance for Raymond Shape, and three building permits for Shape, Travis Fiegen and John & Janice Ecklein.
Anna Flogstad, staff appraiser and director of equalization staff appraiser, presented a conditional use application from Wayne and Bonnie Schmidt and noted an error in the legal description; Commissioners approved the conditional use with the corrected legal description.
Flogstad then presented a variance application for Raymond Shape, which the board approved, and subsequently the commission approved three building permits: permit #24-074 for a home (Raymond Shape), #24-080 for a 24x48 storage building (Travis Fiegen), and #24-081 for roof and gutter replacement (John and Janice Ecklein).
