At its Oct. 15, 2024 meeting the Clark County Board of Commissioners approved a batch of claims totaling $179,982.99 and recorded payroll totals of $97,959.71 for listed departments.
"Motion by Schlagel, second by Gjerde to approve the following claims and allow Auditor to issue payment," the minutes record; the approved claims listing includes vendor and fund-level charges across General Fund, Road & Bridge, Airport, Ambulance and other accounts and shows a total of $179,982.99. Payroll detail in the minutes lists department amounts including Road & Bridge $45,088.85 and Ambulance $11,249.14 and reports a payroll total of $97,959.71.
Auditor Christine Tarbox presented the monthly settlement showing cash and investments totaling $11,607,262.54, with the General Fund balance listed as $9,341,472.09 and Road & Bridge at $1,003,858.88. The minutes also list other fund balances (Rural Access Infrastructure Fund $366,225.07; County TIF $354,609.22) and smaller program balances. The board approved the monthly reports and the settlement by motion.
