Commission approves EMS equipment purchases; amends AirMedCare language after public comment

Each purchase motion carried 3-0.
During public forum resident Kaye Spooner asked the commission to reconsider paying for AirMedCare for county employees. Later in the meeting Commissioner Perry Russell moved, and Commissioner Jake Liebau seconded, to amend the April 14, 2025 motion by removing the phrase "parttime employees"; that amendment carried 3-0. The minutes record the amendment but do not restate the full coverage language of the original motion.
