The Board ratified Supplement No. 1 from Volkert, Inc., relating to Project No. 2024-121 (CSR and headworks at sewer treatment plant repairs) and authorized execution of related documents. Mr. Doug Rimmer moved and Ms. Julianna Parks seconded the motion; the board recorded a unanimous vote.
The minutes note the supplement was previously approved by the Bossier Parish Police Jury on Feb. 4, 2026, and that Supplement No. 1 provides for on-site inspection services in an amount not to exceed $28,800. A concurrent Police Jury resolution authorizes the Parish Administrator and/or Parish President to execute the supplement documents.
