Engineer updates Jury on Capital Outlay projects; several roads advance toward bidding

The Jury agreed to ask for the same roads on the next Capital Outlay list for the cycle due Nov. 1. No funding reallocations or formal approvals were made during this special called meeting; the updates are preparatory steps in the capital funding and state review processes.
