The motion to ratify the agreement was made by Mr. Julian Darby and seconded by Mr. Jimmy Cochran; the board voted unanimously to approve and adopt a resolution authorizing execution.
The formal resolution accompanying the ratification directs the Parish Administrator and/or Parish President to execute any and all documents in connection with the Consulting Agreement. The minutes record the resolution as offered by Mr. Darby and seconded by Mr. Cochran and adopted by unanimous vote.
