Board approves first round of 2026 CUVA/FLPA applications, denies a small number of new and renewal requests

Chief Appraiser Robert Bailey presented the first round of 2026 CUVA and FLPA applications. The board approved a list of new CUVA/FLPA applications including parcels such as 009-034 and 010-065 and denied new applications for 017-046I and 037-072 after motions and seconds were recorded.
The board also approved a set of renewal and continuation applications (lists recorded in the meeting minutes) and denied several renewal applications (002-045B, 035-156A, 007-003A, 007-003B). Chair Nicole Wasendorf called for motions on each set; the motions were seconded and passed unanimously as recorded in the minutes.
