At its Sept. 24 meeting, the St. Helena Parish Police Jury approved routine administrative and financial items, including the employees Accruable Benefits report, Fuelman fueling reports presented by the Purchasing Agent, and acknowledgment of work reports submitted by the Road Superintendent.
Jurors also approved checks written after the last regular meeting totaling $147,015.65. The motion to approve the post-meeting checks passed with Yeas from Quanika H. Muse, Willie Morgan, Ryan Byrd and Doug Watson; Juror Jule C. Wascom recorded a Nay. Warren McCray, Jr. was absent.
