Planning commission adopts minutes, approves consent final plat

The Pottawatomie County Planning Commission opened its Jan. 15 meeting at 7:00 P.M. Chair Judd McCormack led the call to order and Vice-Chair Doug Kern called the roll, confirming a quorum.
Commissioner Travis Ross moved to approve the Dec. 18, 2025 meeting minutes as presented; Austin Vincent seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Vice-Chair Doug Kern then moved to approve the consent agenda, which included the final plat for 'Dot Com Plex Unit Two'; Steve Minton seconded and the consent agenda was approved unanimously. Austin Vincent moved to adopt the regular agenda as presented; Kern seconded and that motion also passed with no dissent.
No non-agenda public comments were recorded. The meeting proceeded to the scheduled conditional use permit hearing for an RV park later in the agenda.
