Commissioner Merl Page moved to approve the 2026 right-of-way list; DeLoyce McKee seconded. Later, McKee moved to authorize bidding on Palmer Bridge, with Bill Drew seconding; both motions carried 5-0. The bidding date was recorded as February 19, 2026.
