Land Bank reports progress on blight-elimination rounds; one offer received

At its April 21 meeting the Muskegon County Land Bank Authority recorded progress on multiple rounds of its blight-elimination program.
The minutes list Round 3 completions at six properties (2209 Leahy, 3213 Mona, 3314 Eighth, 3025 Waalkes, 3029 Waalkes, 3304 Waalkes). Three of those homes are being marketed by Terry Puffer and three by Betina McDaniel; minutes state there is one offer to date. A second batch of four properties (234 Harrison, 2100 & 3016 Fifth, 3328 Jefferson) was reported with interior and remediation work in progress.
Round 4 progress was also noted: roof work at 417 Jackson Ave (Froebel) and contracts signed for 920 Washington Ave (Shaw Walker) with J Stevens for roof systems and RAM Concrete for concrete repair and restoration.
The minutes do not include dollar totals for each project or full contractor scopes; staff committed to provide financials and further details to the board when available.
