The Muskegon County Land Bank Authority board voted April 21 to approve change orders for multiple properties undergoing repair and remediation.
"Motion made by DeMumbrum to approve all change orders, supported by Kilgo and approved by all," the minutes record. The approved change orders and amounts listed in the minutes were: 462 Catawba $6,250; 979 Scott $7,750; 1152 Kampenga $6,750; 510 Ada $2,000; and 234 Harrison $5,780.
Board members moved the item as a single package and the motion carried unanimously, according to the meeting record. The vote followed prior review by the Executive Committee, which had approved many of the same change orders during its April meetings.
The board did not discuss detailed line-item contractor invoices in the public minutes; staff said the projects are proceeding and that related financial documentation would be provided to the board when available.
