Land Bank board approves agenda, prior minutes and January financials

The Muskegon County Land Bank Authority Board met on March 17, 2026, and Chair Moulatsiotis called the meeting to order at 8:31 a.m. A quorum was established and the board unanimously approved the agenda after a motion by Committee member Cyr supported by Theile. Kilgo moved to approve the minutes of Feb. 17, 2026, supported by Cyr; the motion carried.
The board also accepted the January financials and instructed staff to place them on file following a motion by Cyr and a second from Kilgo. No public comment was offered during the agenda-item portion of the meeting. The meeting record notes that all three procedural actions were “approved by all.”
