Land Bank approves reclassification raising coordinator to administrator and shifting salary grades

The Muskegon County Land Bank Authority on Feb. 17 voted to reclassify the Land Bank Coordinator position to Land Bank Administrator and to raise the associated salary grade from 19 to 25. The motion, made by Drier and supported by DeMumbrum, was "to accept the reclassification of the Land Bank Coordinator to Land Bank Administrator and adjust salary grade 19 to salary grade 25; and adjust Land Bank Specialist salary grade 11 to salary grade 13," and was approved by all members present.
Board members discussed the formal reclassification as a personnel matter under New Business. The motion also included a salary-grade adjustment for the Land Bank Specialist from grade 11 to grade 13. The board recorded the motion with Drier as mover and DeMumbrum as seconder; the vote was recorded as approved by all voting members present.
