At the start of the Jan. 20 meeting, the board approved its meeting agenda and the minutes from Nov. 18, 2025. Financial statements for November and December were discussed and accepted; the board instructed staff to place the financials on file following a motion by Kilgo and support from Theile.
No members of the public offered comment on the agenda items. Board Member Cyr notified the group he will be excused from the Feb. meeting. The board scheduled its next regular meeting for Feb. 17, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. The meeting was adjourned at 9:59 a.m. and the minutes were submitted by Angie Knoll.
