Miami County recognizes three employees for April–June service

Human Resources Director Sarah Denney presented the county's employee recognition awards for April, May and June 2026, describing nominees' contributions to county operations and customer service.
Denney said April's honoree, Zachary McCracken, is an environmental compliance officer in Code Services who "consistently provides exceptional customer service" and supports wastewater and environmental compliance efforts. Zachary ("Zach") thanked those who nominated him.
May's honoree, Marti Tubbs (operations support specialist, county clerk's office), was recognized in absentia; Denney said Tubbs is highly detail oriented and often works extra hours to support the clerk's office. June's honoree, Deputy EMS Chief Brandon Ream, was praised for long service beginning in 2005 and for mentoring and improving processes in EMS operations; Ream offered brief remarks of thanks.
The commission paused for photographs after the presentations.
