A separate resolution for Fire Protection District No. 7 authorizes an election on the same date to levy a 15‑mills tax for a period of 10 years beginning in 2026 and ending 2035, with an estimated annual yield of $341,600; the jury adopted the resolution on a unanimous vote. Both resolutions note compliance with Article VI, Section 15 of the Louisiana Constitution and state that, if the elections carry, the districts are authorized to levy and collect the taxes.
