Keith Sutton, chairman of the Road/Subdivision Regulations Committee, reported on the committee’s meeting earlier the same day and summarized items to be presented to the full jury on future agendas. The committee recommended presenting a Camp Minden mosquito‑spraying assistance request for the McKenzie Archery Shooters Association tournament, advanced a Crown Pointe Subdivision variance (sidewalk requirement) to the March 3 agenda, and tabled a Parc Subdivision variance for two weeks to be reconsidered on March 3. Parish Engineer Eric Hudson will prepare a cost estimate to consider grading assistance requested by the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries for Duck Dam Road.
Sutton also reported committee approval to present cleanup of an adjudicated property behind Savannah Place and a Keep Bossier Beautiful request for a grappler truck for Operation Clean Sweep on a future agenda. These procedural committee recommendations will be taken up at upcoming regular meetings.
