The Bossier Parish Police Jury voted unanimously on Feb. 18, 2026 to award a contract to Scott Equipment Company, LLC for one new 2026‑model (or newer) removable gooseneck trailer, accepting the low bid of $97,765.00. Parish Engineer Eric Hudson told jurors six bids were received and recommended the low bidder.
The motion to award the contract was made by Jimmy Cochran and seconded by Pam Glorioso; the President called for public comment and, finding none, the jury adopted a resolution authorizing the Parish Administrator and/or Parish President to execute documents related to the award. Other bidders and amounts recorded included Old River ($104,360.65), Bruckners Truck and Equipment ($105,240.00), Consolidated Trailers ($107,493.00), Kenworth of Louisiana ($134,990.00) and Holden Industries ($142,205.00).
