Deloyce McKee moved to approve the agenda as amended to add a Treasurer update; Merl Page seconded and the motion carried 4-0. Later the board approved consent items, including a CMB for Dara’s and ledger transactions totaling $342,679.00 and $367.80; Merl Page moved approval, Gary D. Yenzer seconded and the motion carried 5-0.
The motions were recorded in the minutes and the clerk’s file; the board did not attach conditions to the consent approvals in the meeting record. The meeting adjourned at 9:05 a.m.
