After a series of spreadsheet reconciliations and scoring discussions, the council voted to allocate remaining impact funding so that organizations with SCI (social cohesion impact) scores of 90 or higher receive an additional $2,000 award. Council member Voss moved the motion and the council approved it unanimously. The motion also directed that any leftover funds be distributed among organizations scoring 80.
