The Board of Supervisors for Consolidated Waterworks/Sewerage District No. 2 of the Parish of Bossier convened a regular meeting on Jan. 14, 2026, in the Police Jury Meeting Room at the Bossier Parish Courthouse in Benton. Chairman Heath Lyles called the meeting to order and Parish Secretary Ashley B. Ezell called the roll; members recorded as present were Ms. Holly Fisk and Mr. Heath Lyles.
During business, Ms. Holly Fisk moved, and Mr. Heath Lyles seconded, to adopt the minutes of the Nov. 19, 2025 and Dec. 17, 2025 Board meetings as amended. The chairman opened the floor for public comment and there were none. Votes were cast and the motion carried unanimously. With no further business, Chairman Lyles adjourned the meeting at 3:06 p.m.; the minutes were signed by Ashley B. Ezell, Parish Secretary, and Heath Lyles, Chairman.
