Cane's Landing Unit No. 5 streets accepted into parish maintenance

Parish Engineer Matt Redmon reported the contractor has completed Cane's Landing, Unit No. 5 and that "one final unit remains to be completed for this subdivision." The City of Bossier City provides water and sewer service for the subdivision; the parish inspected the streets and drainage and recommended acceptance. The jury voted unanimously to accept the streets and drainage into the parish road system for permanent maintenance (motion by Chris Marsiglia; seconded by Doug Rimmer).
Ordinance No. 5098 formally accepted the streets and drainage and recorded the two-year maintenance bond; it specifies Bostick Court (0.21 miles) and Gantry Place (0.32 miles) as the streets accepted.
