Sewer mains in The Parc Subdivision accepted into Consolidated Waterworks system

Assistant Parish Engineer Matt Redmon told jurors that "all sewer mains in The Parc Subdivision, Unit No. 1, have passed inspection," and that a maintenance bond had been received. The jury voted unanimously to accept the sewer main extension and improvements into Consolidated Waterworks/Sewerage District No. 1 for permanent maintenance. The motion was made by Lynn Beaty and seconded by Philip Rodgers.
Ordinance No. 5097 documents acceptance and requires recording a certified copy of the ordinance and the maintenance bond in the Clerk of Court's office. The ordinance also records that ASB Utility Construction, LLC and Pulley Construction, Inc. provided the sewer work and the two-year bond guarantees material and workmanship per Chapter 122, Section 122-65 of the Bossier Parish Code of Ordinances.
