The minutes record that a motion by Mr. Ryan Byrd, seconded by Mr. Jule C. Wascom, carried to approve the permit for Diamond Club Casino, LLC at 51362 Hwy 16, Suite A, Denham Springs, LA 70706, and similarly approved The Side Bar Little Casino, LLC at 51362 Hwy 16, Suite B.
The minutes do not record public comment or opposition on either permit application. The approvals were recorded as unanimous actions of the Jury during the Oct. 9 special session.
