Road & Bridge Director Mike Brown presented quarterly project reports and recommended adding a rock wedge on Elk Road. The commission approved Bettis Asphalt Construction's proposal for $42,272, to be paid from Road Sales Tax Fund #385.
The minutes also note that temporary speed-limit resolutions related to north Parsons overpass construction will be drafted for consideration at the next meeting. The commission approved the Elk Road contract by motion with no recorded dissent.
