Commissioners approve financing resolution for Lagos Reserve public improvement district

After returning from executive session the Commissioners Court considered item 12 and approved a resolution authorizing a financing agreement for the Lagos Reserve Public Improvement District. Judge Andy Brown called the motion and noted the approval would take effect when the agreement is fully executed by all parties.
"Motion to approve with the understanding that it will take effect when it is fully executed," the court recorded; the motion was moved by Commissioner Trevillian and seconded by Commissioner Shea, and Judge Brown called the vote, which passed unanimously. The court later took a companion vote during the Travis County Development Authority session, where Christie Moffitt, assistant secretary for the county corporations, presented the TCDA item and the authority approved the companion resolution as well.
The court did not elaborate on financing terms during the public meeting; the resolution will take effect after final execution, per the record.
